# unstringify — the app

Paste, drop or open a file and it stays on the left, exactly as you
pasted it, editable, for the whole session. The right pane is where
unstringify answers: what this is, what is broken in it, or the tree —
added beside your text when you ask, never swapped in over it.

Broken input is the case this was built for. Problems are listed as
plain sentences with the lines they are on, nothing changes until you
say so, and undo is right there when it does. Logs and CSVs ask how
they should be read, beside your text, with a live preview.

Find, Compare, Convert and Share act on the result, from the row above
it. Everything runs in this tab; no document you open is uploaded.

This surface is a client-side app shell, so there is no server-rendered
content to mirror in markdown. For a map of the site, see https://unstringify.com/llms.txt.
